Temporary outages

This morning (October 20), Amazon Web Services (AWS) reported a widespread incident affecting many platforms across the internet. Donations and Ticket Sales may experience long loading times or be temporarily inaccessible. Payments may not be successfully processed during this time. If you attempt payment, but do not receive a receipt, please contact us at info@act4pd.org to confirm the status. If you would like to process a donation via phone, please call 831-508-3000.

Thank you for your patience.

Make a Difference

We partner with Zeffy, a 100% free fundraising platform, to ensure that every dollar you donate directly supports our mission. Click the button for donation instructions and to learn more about making an OPTIONAL donation to Zeffy.

Donation Instructions

During the donation process with Zeffy, you will be prompted to make a donation to Zeffy – this is entirely optional and helps them continue offering their platform at no cost to organizations like ours. If you use PayPal to make the donation, Act4Parkinsons will be charged a small fee, if you wish to offset that fee, you can check the box to add the suggested amount to your donation. Again, this is entirely optional.

To change the amount you donate to Zeffy or opt out of making a donation to Zeffy, follow these steps:

  1. Choose type of donation, one-time, monthly, or yearly.
  2. Choose (or enter) an amount to donate.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Enter your contact information.
  5. Choose whether or not to make your donation in honor/memory of someone.
  6. Choose an amount to add to your donation as a donation to Zeffy. Click on the pull-down arrow (next to the suggested 17% donation amount), choose “Other”, and type a custom amount in the box (type ‘0’ if you don’t want to donate to Zeffy).
  7. Enter your payment information.
  8. Click the Donate button.

If you are not directed immediately to a confirmation page, verify that all of your information is correct and you have filled out all of the required fields.

If you’ve chosen to make a one-time donation, your donation receipt will be emailed to you shortly. If you’ve chosen to make a recurring monthly or yearly donation, your receipt will be emailed at the end of the year.

By confirming your donation, you agree to the Act4ParkinsonsTM Privacy Policy.
